1. Returnable Situations
The goods are unused, the packaging is intact, and the accessories are complete;
Submit a return application within 14 days of receiving the goods;
The goods have obvious quality problems or transportation damage (please take photos for evidence and contact customer service within 24 hours of signing for them).

2. Non-returnable Situations
The goods have been used or affect secondary sales;
Individual subjective dissatisfaction that is not a quality issue (such as color deviation, weight perception);
Exceed the return application period.
3. Return Process
Please contact customer service via email at readysense@aluhikingstick.com, explain the reason for the return and provide order information and pictures;
After confirmation, customer service will provide the return address and operation instructions;
The buyer shall bear the return shipping fee (if the return is due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee);
After the goods are accepted, we will complete the refund within 6 working days.
4. Refund Instructions
The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
